Shipping Policy

We currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are complete and accurate before placing your order.

Delivery times may vary depending on the location. Certain remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Once an order has been handed over for delivery, the customer must be contacted by the delivery provider using the contact information provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control or for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or the customer being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery. Failure to respond within 7 days will result in automatic cancellation of the order and refund will be subjected on contact once requested within 30 days only after the 7 days is completed.
