These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Collections by Saif website, online store, products and related services (“Services”).

The online store is operated by Collections by Saif and powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer products and Services to you.

By accessing the website, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the website, including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Collections by Saif makes reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe all products offered through the website.

However, product colours and appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, photography, screen settings and device displays.

Minor variations may also occur between individual products where appropriate due to materials, production or finishing.

Product descriptions, availability and specifications may be updated without prior notice.

Collections by Saif reserves the right to discontinue products or limit available quantities at any time.

3. ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted.

Please review your order, delivery information and contact details carefully before completing your purchase.

Collections by Saif reserves the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock discrepancies or other errors.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed using the appropriate payment method.

Products are intended primarily for personal use unless otherwise agreed.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed or communicated before completion of the purchase.

Discounts, promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Customers are responsible for providing valid and accurate payment information and confirming that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Collections by Saif currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, remote-area requirements and circumstances outside reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Collections by Saif is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable or the delivery information provided is incorrect, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers may submit a return or refund request within 1 day (24 hours) from delivery of the item.

Requests submitted after the applicable return period may not be accepted, subject to any rights available to the customer under applicable law.

Returned products must meet the eligibility requirements stated in the Refund Policy.

Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval or a refund. Requests will be reviewed according to the Refund Policy and applicable requirements.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers should review their orders carefully before completing payment.

Once an order has been confirmed or prepared for dispatch, cancellation may not always be possible.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Collections by Saif name, branding, logos, original product designs, photographs, graphics, written content and other original materials displayed through the Services belong to Collections by Saif or are used with appropriate permission.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished or commercially used without prior permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks, names and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use the website and Services only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the Services to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, interfere with the operation or security of the website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person’s information or infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.

Collections by Saif reserves the right to restrict access to the Services where misuse, fraud or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

Collections by Saif is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that are outside its reasonable control.

11. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Collections by Saif is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to make the Services available.

Purchases made through the Collections by Saif store are transactions between the customer and Collections by Saif. Shopify provides the technology supporting the online store and is not the seller of Collections by Saif products.

12. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

Because the online store is powered by Shopify and may use other service providers, certain information may be processed by Shopify and other providers as necessary to operate the website, process transactions, provide delivery and support the Services.

13. ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY

Occasionally, the website may contain errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, delivery information or other content.

Collections by Saif reserves the right to correct genuine errors, update information or cancel an affected order where reasonably necessary.

If an order that has already been paid for must be cancelled because of an error or unavailable stock, the applicable amount will be refunded.

14. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Collections by Saif aims to keep the website and Services available and accurate but does not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or technical issues.

Maintenance, platform outages, network issues or circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Collections by Saif will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or Services where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability or consumer rights where doing so would not be permitted under applicable law.

16. TERMINATION OR RESTRICTION OF ACCESS

Collections by Saif may restrict or terminate access to the Services where a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, interferes with the operation of the website or otherwise misuses the Services.

Any obligations relating to completed purchases, payments, intellectual property, liability or other provisions that reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and the use of the Services are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, including applicable consumer protection requirements.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates.
